A top-tier training, management, and certification program for the tourism enterprises willing to engage in the sustainability agenda.
Travelife is a sustainable tourism label which helps hotels manage and improve their environmental and social impacts by
complying with sustainability criteria. It also helps them communicate their results to their clients.
Support to hotel establishments will be ensured by CITET experts. It includes the following main steps:
1) Engaging the hotels to adhere to the support program for the establishment of the international label “Travelife”;
2) Assessing the initial status;
3) Presenting the assessment and preparing the action plan;
4) Supporting the establishment of the final action plan;
5) Pre-audit and preparation for the Travelife certification audit.
The description of the different support phases goes as follows:

Deliverables: the initial status’s assessment report with regard to the Travelife label criteria.
